 How we started

Terri started Hill Livery in 1992 when she had finished her time at Huntley School of Equitation, gaining her BHSAI qualification and a stint with prolific event horse dealers, Shaun and Sally Parkin.  She then continued through the pony club ranks and gained her Pony club A Test at the age of 21

A Few commitments

Terri  is show jumping secretary for North Somerset Agricultural Society and is the membership secretary for ABWAK (association of British and Irish Wild animal keepers) and is busy organising the Regimental Glitter Pangolin Ball 2019! so there is never a dull moment in her day!

Terri has competed at British Showjumping, British Eventing, British Dressage and Showing, having made it to Horse of the Year Show, Show jumping and Showing and to the national dressage championships.

She has and continues to work hard to grow her business and reputation in both the horse and zoological world.

Terri and her team continue to work towards the yard being the best it possibly can be.

The yard now consists of stabling for 20 horses and 7 wild equids! on the Full Livery side and 6 boxes on the DIY yard.

Terri helps people of all ages and abilities reach their goals, be it taking a BHS exam, gaining confidence at home or striving towards a competition.  What makes the yard so fabulous is that the whole team of staff and owners get behind each other to offer amazing support and friendship.  The coffee machine is obviously well used :)

We are a friendly bunch at Hill livery.

We make the absolute most of being horse owners.  Whether it is a trip to Badminton, Olympia, Horse of the Year Show, a Ball, an adventure to the beach, a training day, a meal out or one of our famous yard BBQ's - we are always up for a jolly!
